Introduction to the "Art Process"

These 3 Steps allow artists to develop artistic thinking, creativity, and organization.

Step 1: a) Organize all project instructions and requirements

b) Brainstorm ideas and solutions to explore

c) Create quick tiny "napkin / thumbnail" rough sketches to capture your inspiration and thoughts

Step 2: a) Consider final materials, tools, and characteristics of project

b) Create and develop layouts and compositions with effective use of elements and principles of art

c) Revise and edit a final layout and composition in preparation for the final art

Step 3: a) Enjoy creating a quality product or final artwork

b) Prepare for a quality presentation or art exhibit

c) Always deliver final art on time, on deadline
